He spent 25 years developing Dennis Publishing into one of the most successful international media companies and has worked with a number of important media companies including Future Plc, Immediate Media, Beettoo, Engage Media and Autovia.

Jon has extensive experience of media, advertising and digital innovation; across 26 years of building successful media advertising sales and strategy his experience has seen him create commercial success from the ground up across key brands including Dexerto, Enthusiast Gaming, LADbible Group, Jungle Creations, Brave Bison and the Dennis Publishing portfolio at a global level.

He is passionate about social media, digital and providing brands with innovative solutions- he has an impressive contact book across agencies and clients and has an in-depth knowledge of all media and advertising delivery from programmatic to partnerships and trading.

He has led  significant  cross-platform sales teams, operating at board level across new innovative launches in the digital space including setting and successfully executing strategy for new digital launches whilst building 6 figure partnerships with brands in the digital and social space.

John is a seasoned senior advisor, leader and practitioner supporting businesses to unlock their data, go-to-market, and scale demand. With over two decades experience, he has a proven track-record in driving growth across both B2C and B2B sectors including digital media, automotive, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and mobile services.

Prior to joining Redkite, John oversaw data strategy, demand generation and commercial operations at automotive media and e-commerce company Autovia, where he also held direct responsibility for the BuyaCar e-commerce business. John is ideally placed to help clients understand the value of their audiences, build teams and infrastructures to unlock their data assets, and create value propositions and commercial models to leverage these in driving sustainable growth

Mel has 25 years experience in executive support and operational management, and supports the team on the day-to-day operations of Red Kite Communications including event management, administration, proposals, delivery and CRM management. 

Previously, Mel spent 12 years working at Dennis Publishing as Executive Assistant to the CEO and Board of Directors. 

Catherine oversees operations at Red Kite. With a decade of early career magazine media experience, followed by content and social media marketing and website builds for small to medium sized businesses, she attained a Masters degree in Linguistics in 2022, and has worked on serveral research projects and studies into language usage at UCL.

Now distance-learning at world-leading linguistics institution Lancaster University, Catherine is pursuing a second Masters in Corpus LInguistics, a methodology for analysing trends in large language datasets. As AI and large language models dominate analysis, Catherine is our eyes and ears into new and innovative analysis methodologies in a changing technology landscape.
